Returns and exchanges for products that do not meet customer expectations
Returns and exchanges citing differences in the product and customer expectation will not be accepted. While we always try to display our products as honestly as possible, please note that some discrepancies may occur depending on monitor, light intensity, and other factors.
Returns and exchanges terms for faulty products
In the event that the product delivered is found to be faulty, please contact us at the email below within one week of the completed delivery. We will respond as soon as possible by returning or exchanging the product.
Please note that products kept longer than one week after delivery or that have already been used may not be returned.
KUOE watches come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. If an incident occurs during normal use, free repair is valid in accordance with the one-year period of the warranty policy. For repair requests, please contact us at the email address below with your order number.

Damage due to natural occurrences, for example water damage. Repairs to belt, glass, crown and exterior damage.
The pre-installed battery is a monitor battery, which is used to check the functions and performance of your watch. It is not included in the price of the watch itself. Therefore, if the battery is exhausted more than one week after delivery, the responsibility of replacement falls on the customer.
