RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
You have the right to return and exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from our website. The product(s) must be completely unused – A watch that has been worn even once cannot be returned. – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. In addition, you need to contact us and make a shipment for the items within 30 days of receiving the items. In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our office for a refund to be made. Kindly note that you have to be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. In case we covered the shipping expenses when we deliver to you, we will refund after deducting it from a product price. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or break during the return shipping.
In the event that the product delivered is found to be faulty, please contact us from the form below within one week of the completed delivery. We will respond as soon as possible by returning or exchanging the product.
KUOE watches come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. If an incident occurs during normal use, free repair is valid in accordance with the one-year period of the warranty policy. For repair requests, please contact us from the form below with your order number.

Damage due to natural occurrences, for example water damage. Repairs to belt, glass, crown and exterior damage.
The pre-installed battery is a monitor battery, which is used to check the functions and performance of your watch. It is not included in the price of the watch itself. Therefore, if the battery is exhausted more than one week after delivery, the responsibility of replacement falls on the customer.
